CA. Richa Ghosh
is B.Com and Fellow member of ICAI. The VirtuVantage CFO is brainchild of Ms. Richa. She has experience of 15+ years in field of financial accounting, reporting, transaction advisory, audit and assurance, risk management advisory to name a few.
She has helped start-up companies establish their accounting system and MIS reporting. She has played instrumental role in introducing MSME companies to IPO and look at their financials as a means of building value instead of a compliance. She has worked in various sectors including insurance, plastic polymers manufacturing, pharma, networking products, FMCG, luxury retail. She has worked as vCFO for more than 7 years for many companies. She has worked as a key enabler to provide timely and accurate data for strategy and decision making.
CA. Ashish Bakliwal
is a B. Com, Fellow Chartered Accountant and DISA, FAFD, done Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks from ICAI, having wide-ranging experience and contacts. He handles assignments in the field of Management, Consultancy, Finance Management,
and Transaction Consultancy. His other expertise includes bank audits, corporate audits, valuations, strategic business planning, and fundraising.
CS Kiran Doshi
is a Qualified Company Secretary and a Practising Member of esteemed Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a Law Graduate (LLB) and a Commerce Graduate (B.Com) from Mumbai University.
He has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Company Secretarial and advisory services and carrying out various types of due diligences, advising, organizing and implementing mergers, demergers, compromises and arrangements, capital market issues, public offers, acquisition of shares, acquisition of control, setting up of companies, etc. He is on board with VirtuVantage as a functional Consultant.
CA. Vivek Joshi
is a B.com and Fellow Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He began his career with AF Ferguson and KPMG Dubai but later came into practice. He has 30+ years extensive professional experience. He has expertise in
organizational strategy and strategic planning. He possesses vast experience in taxation, allied laws, facilitating expansion of new ideas and viability testing. In the past, he has been strategic advisor to big business houses in real estate and entertainment industry. Currently he is a mentor to VirtuVantage providing guidance on various matters.
Mr. Rahul Chavan
is a Mechanical engineer. After a brief stint at Mahindra Tractors, he started working on ERP software product for engineering companies. He is an expert in ERP systems and OurSys ERP is his brainchild. Rahul is a Hard-Core
ERP developer. He started developing “Customer Oriented” systems. By virtue of his rich and diverse experience, he was able to develop a sturdy and effective ERP. He has helped many SME companies in past to implement ERP system and has great understanding about Indian Manufacturing industry. He is on board with VirtuVantage as a functional consultant for ERP systems.
Mr. S. R. Vaidya
is from the pharma marketing space. He was responsible & pioneered many firsts in the area of ophthalmology formulations. As a top management member at Bliss and Media -Medic, he is involved as a strategist
Public Relations Presently associated with major pharmaceutical associations viz. IDMA as chairman MSME COMMITTEE, in IPA as an Honorary Treasurer and in DIA as an advisory council member in India. A brilliant net worker in the Pharmaceutical Industry with connections at all levels including regulatory areas too. Enjoyed conducting various events, Technical Seminars in IPA , DIA and IDMA over the years. He has experience of 55+ years in pharma industry. He serves as Independent Director on the Board of many companies. Currently he is with VirtuVantage as a mentor.

is B.com and Associate Chartered Accountant, he is truly passionate about his work and always eager to connect with visionaries, his favorite stage of a project is working with client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. He holds a specialization in Business Automation, Process improvement, financial consultancy, and ERP implementation.
CA. Tushar Agarwal
is a B.com and ACA, he has done a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks from ICAI. He is a dynamic & enthusiastic professional having wide experience in Indirect Taxation, Bank Audits, Internal audits & Statutory audits. He is successfully handling advisory, planning, and compliance services for various large corporates on GST, Excise & Service Tax matters.
CA Aayush Kumar Laddha
is B.com and ACA, He is dynamic and energetic person having post qualification experience of more than three years and engaged in corporate finance and banks Audits. He has also having experience in Statutory Bank Audit, Concurrent Audits, Stock Audits, Audit and Inspection of Depository Participant and Finance. His vision and dedication towards the work always helped in client satisfaction.
Mr. Shreedhar Date
With nearly four decades of industry experience, including over two and a half decades in prominent CXO roles, Mr. Date has led major divisions across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, nutraceuticals, and healthcare.
He possesses a proven track record of pioneering new product categories and establishing market-leading brands in India, including successful launches of two startup ventures. His career spans both domestic and international markets, with notable positions in esteemed companies such as Aristo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Gufic Ltd., and Cipla Ltd. At Aristo Pharmaceuticals, where he served from 1997 to 2023, he held key leadership roles, overseeing the P&L of the Chronic Care division and managing a large-scale sales and marketing force. His contributions extended to international collaborations, new product development initiatives, and representing the Indian pharmaceutical industry in high-level diplomatic missions and industry conferences worldwide. Moreover, he has received accolades such as the National IDMA Research Award and Best Research Paper in Pharmacology, selected from approximately 200 nominations, for his work titled “Cytoprotective Action of Asparagus racemosus and Terminalia chebula on Gastric Mucosa.” He also contributed as a columnist for the Times of India group, covering topics related to science and technology, music, and theatre. His academic achievements include presentations at prestigious conferences such as the XIV Annual Conference of the Indian Pharmacological Society and the VII Annual Conference of the Association of Clinical Biochemists of India. Currently he is on board with the VirtuVantage CFO as a mentor.
CA. Ankur Jain
is a B.Com, L.L.B. and Associate Chartered Accountant. He has completed a Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD), a Certificate Course on IND-AS, a Certificate Course on GST, a Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks,
a Certificate Course on Public Finance and Government Accounting and Certificate Course on Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Stocks including equity Research (FATA) conducted by ICAI. He is a young and enthusiastic professional having experience in the field of Auditing and Assurances services for Banks, corporates, individuals, partnerships and LLPs, etc.
